Do you accept Bank Transfers? We do allow bank transfers. Please contact AID who will provide you with our BSB and Account details.

Why do you not accept cheques? As time has move on so has our payment methods. Processing cheques is just far too time consuming for our staff.

My payment has not come out of my account yet? Please allow up to 10 days for money transfers to complete.

10 days have now passed and the payment remains in my account? Please contact AID who will help rectify this situation.

Why does my invoice show an incorrect payment amount or product information? This is very rare and will need investigating by our staff. Please immediately contact AID and explain what has occurred (include the invoice as an attachment).

My Invoice did not get emailed through after purchasing my inflatable? Please contact AID who will help rectify this situation.

Do you accept cryptocurrency? Not just yet but its coming.

Is there a way of identifying my payment on my bank statement? Yes, look for the words AID or Australian Inflatable Decorations followed by the order number.

What are your normal shipping times to Australia? Using the free or low cost option the vast majority of our products take up to 10 business days to arrive from day of processing.

Busy shipping times - are from late September through to mid December. Please consider allowing a day or two longer to get your order.

What are your shipping methods? The vast majority of our small to medium products are shipped by air. Larger, more bulky products might be shipped via sea. If shipped by sea the customer will know well ahead of time if this transport option is required.

Can I get insurance on my product? If the shipping company offers an option for insurance it will appear in the checkout.
